DIY - Neon trendy necklace

You need:

Any white color necklace.
Neon spray paint.

How to:
1. Lay the necklace on some newspaper/magazine in a well ventilated area.
2. Do a number of light coats, letting it dry for a few minutes in between so that the spray doesn't pool on the surface.
3. Leave to dry overnight.

You need:Any cheap crystal or rhinestone necklace.
Quick Dry Top Coat.
Neon nail polish.
Polish remover (for minor clean up)

How to:
Apply two coats of polish and a top coat, and I let it dry overnight.
